We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been accepted and scanned. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the card was significantly not as described. Card must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
All sales are final for sealed product once opened and for graded slabs unless the wrong item was sent.
